Very simple: Head of the Pizzeria Department, Head of the Kitchen, Kitchen, Bar and Dining Operators. We have something for everyone!

Head of the Pizzeria Department

Pizza is the beating heart of 183, and you will be responsible for keeping the quality standard of 183 high!

This is why you are the perfect figure for this role if:

  • You will be able to manage the brigade, the pizzeria, the goods and the warehouse;

  • You are able to manage purchases and control the food cost;

  • You have the ability to manage a menu for different times of the day;

  • You know how to independently manage all the activities concerning the pizzeria;

  • You know the health and hygiene rules for the handling and storage of products and for the cleaning of work environments and equipment;

  • You are flexible, you like to work, on shifts even on weekends and holidays and on broken shifts;

  • You have a proven track record;

  • Are you interested in growing professionally!

Kitchen Manager

Every recipe that comes out of the kitchen 183 is the mirror of what we are and how we work, and you will be responsible for keeping the quality standard of 183 high!

This is why you are the perfect figure for this role if:

  • You will be able to manage the brigade, the kitchen, the goods and the warehouse;

  • You are able to manage purchases and control the food cost;

  • You have the ability to manage a menu for different times of the day;

  • You know how to independently manage all the activities concerning the kitchen;

  • You know the health and hygiene rules for the handling and storage of products and for the cleaning of work environments and equipment;

  • You are flexible, you like to work, on shifts even on weekends and holidays and on broken shifts;

    Kitchen Operator

    You are simply the perfect person for the role of Kitchen Operator if you meet the following requirements:

    • Ability to work in a team;

    • Knowledge of raw materials;

    • Ability to manage a menu for different times of the day;

    • Previous experience in the role or hotel school diploma;

    • Order and cleanliness;

    • Professional growth interest;

    • Flexibility. You must be available to work shifts, even broken shifts, even on weekends and holidays!

    Counter Operator and Room Managers.

    You are simply the perfect person for the role of Counter Operator and Room Manager if you meet the following requirements:

    • Proactivity, energy and SMILE!

    • Ability to work in a team and in contact with the public;

    • Previous experience in catering, even minimal, preferably in cafeteria and / or room service;

    • Flexibility. You must be available to work shifts, even broken shifts, even on weekends and holidays!

    • The knowledge of the English language and the ability to relate also with foreign tourists is considered a preferential requirement;

    • Manage even high flows of customers during peak hours, continuing to guarantee accurate customer service, also relating to foreign tourists;
